Can't say enough good things about my new bracelet! Wear it everyday.  This is the second purchase from Lucky Dog and won't be my last! In addition to a beautifully handcrafted piece, the customer service is stellar. Although dealing with a death in the family, the company owner, Lucia, contacted me directly to let me know there would be a delay  in production and asked me how I felt about the delay. Having worked in customer service for most of my career, I was beyond impressed. Thanks to the craftsmanship, customer service, Lucky Dog will hear from me soon when I order a beautiful studded belt as a treat for myself.
