Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, all products, except for custom made items and Tungsten rings, may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs.
Items must be returned within 14 days after receipt of goods. We will not give refunds after this time period. Returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. Refunds will be credited to the credit card account used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization and a return authorization number (RA#). To return an item, please see Return Procedures below.
RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURES:
To return an item, you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Please contact us at contact@luckydogleather.com Returned for refund items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. Items should be returned in their original or similar packaging. Do not send items in small letter envelopes, the post office machinery cannot process these items and will remove their contents. We recommend that you insure your returns. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged. Make sure that you write you return authorize number (RA#) on the outside of the package and include a note with your name, address, daytime phone number and a brief description regarding the return.
In the case of an item exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.

ORDER LEAD TIME:
Most retail orders ship from our studio within a few days but orders can take up to 14 working days plus shipping time. If you need your order in a shorter time frame, please cpurchase Epedited Order.
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS:
Our custom made items are made to order and customized per your instructions. Please be sure that you have given us accurate information when ordering. Our custom made items are one of kind creations and therefore, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, all custom sales are final. To order your custom made item, please contact us at contact@luckydogleather.com . Allow up to ten working days for a custom made item. If you need your order in a shorter time frame, please let us know.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:
If you would like to cancel of change your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellations or changes after this time period may result in delays with orders and refunds.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES:
We ship via Priority Mail and Express Mail.
We ship from Los Angeles California. We cannot ship to a P.O. box address. Choosing a faster shipping service only shortens the actual transit time and does not shorten production time which may take up to 2 weeks.. "Goods purchased & imported into the EU with a value over £18 (VAT purpose) and over £135 (for Import duty purpose) are subjected to Customs charges."
Every country has customs laws and fees LDL is not responsible for and are NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING CHARGES ASSESSED BY LDL.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:
Each piece is hand made from high quality materials. Slight variations are normal and add to their attractiveness and unique nature.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
At Lucky Dog Leather all of our items come with a 90 day limited warranty. If a manufacturing defect is found within 90 days after receipt of your goods, at our discretion, we will repair or replace your item free of charge. Return shipping will be included. Out of warranty items can usually be repaired at little or no cost. To return an item, please see Return procedures below.
NOTE: Our items are extremely durable but as with any material normal wear and tear should expected. Exposure to water, chemicals or extreme conditions may darken, discolor or cause some leathers to run. We will not warranty this type of damage. 
PRIVACY POLICY:
You have the option to sign up for our mailing list. This allows us to send you news of our latest products and discounts coupons. You may discontinue this service at any time. Your personal information is always kept confidential. Lucky Dog Leather will never share customer information with any outside agency for any reason.
AVAILABILITY AND PRICING:
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or programming error, Lucky Dog Leather will have the right to refuse, cancel or re-price any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. The purchaser would be informed by email or phone if this occurred. Lucky Dog Leather has the right to limit the number of items purchased through our web site. Lucky Dog Leather will have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been processed and your credit card charged. In the event that an ordered product becomes unavailable, Lucky Dog Leather has the right to cancel the order or item that is not available. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order, or an item in your order is canceled, Lucky Dog Leather will issue the appropriate credit to your credit card account. On occasion an item may be backordered. You will be notified and given the option of holding the entire order to ship together, or pay additional shipping for a split shipment.
COOKIES:
Our shopping cart system may use what are called "cookies". This is a small file that is placed in your "cookie" folder on your your computer. This file keeps track of the contents of your shopping cart when placing an order with us. This file does not send us ANY information about you or your computer. If your are using any "cookie" or pop-up control software or have your browser set to a high security level, you may have to temporally disable these features for use with our web site.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY:
Our web site uses a secure server. Credit card information is only transmitted in a secure, encrypted environment and is never sent via email.
PAYMENT TYPES / TAXES:
We accept Visa ans Mastercard credit cards and debit cards. American Express, Discover Card holders and International orders must use a Paypal account.
Checks and COD's are not accepted.
California residents are subject to 9.25% sales tax.

EXPEDITED ORDER:
We are a workshop and each item is made to order. Orders are filled as they come in. Normal lead time is from 3 to 10 working days.
You can purchase ~Expedited Order~ to ensure that your order is shipped one business day after payment has cleared. (contingent on inventory availability)
Choosing the Express Mail option does not affect production time, only shipping method.
Our standard shipping method is Priority Mail 2-3 days. (not guaranteed by USPS).
Usually choosing to expedite your order will get it to you faster than Express Mail and is less costly.
