How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I exchange my product?
  To return or exchange an item you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us at [email protected] to obtain your RA#

In the case of an item exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new replacement item.

*To pay the Exchange Shipping charge, find the appropriate link on the Exchange Shipping page, http://www.luckydogleather.com/Exchange_Shipping_s/51.htm

If you do not see the correct link on the Exchange Shipping page, email [email protected].

*Items must be exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase date.


*Returned/ Exchanged items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear.
Items received that show signs of wear will not be accepted and LDL is not responsible for return shipping.
Items should be returned in their original or similar packaging.
Do not send items in small letter envelopes, the post office machinery cannot process these items and will remove their contents. We recommend that you get racking and insure your returns. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged.

*Make sure that you write you include a note in the package with your name, address, daytime phone number and a brief description regarding the return.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product at [email protected]
What is your return policy?
  If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, all products, except for custom sized items, may be exchanged for another item or size.
You may return an item for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs

When will my order ship?
  We are a workshop and each item is made to order. Orders are filled as they come in. Normal lead time is from 3-7 business days.
If an item is backordered, we will contact you to let you know of the delay.
Please let us know if you have special requirements.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
