You want to measure at the widest point the cuff or bracelet will sit. Do not add extra to this measurement unless you want the item to be a little looser.
It is VERY important that you have ordered the correct size, as all items are made to order. We will exchange items for a different size at no charge but the customer must pay the shipping charge for the replacement item. Please watch our Bracelet Sizing Video explaining our sizing and the best way to measure for a perfect fit. It is worth a couple of minutes for a custom fit!
