Just received my bracelet (on the day you said I would) and it is perfect!  Exactly the bracelet I wanted and ordered. The pictures on the website were very accurate but the bracelet looks and fits even better on my wrist.  Thanks for the help and guidance on sizing too! Very reassuring to get the order right the first time thanks to your customer service. I even call a call from the owner who answered my questions!
The shopping experience was excellent from start to finish.
