Processing Time

All Lucky Dog Leather pieces are handcrafted to order. Orders are filled in the order they are received, with a standard processing time of 5-7 business days before shipping.

Large or customized orders may require additional processing time depending on the size, quantity, and specific requirements. Processing time for complete custom orders will be communicated during the ordering process.

Please note: Custom-sized bracelets follow our standard 5-7 business day processing time.

Rush Orders

Need your order sooner? Rush processing is available for a $20 fee, which expedites your order to ship within 2-3 business days. To add rush processing to your order, purchase the Rush Order product listing in our store or contact us at contact@luckydogleather.com.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only via USPS:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days after shipping
• USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days after shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
